What you will experience: Flower Essence Therapy Flower Essences are a gentle form of vibrational plant medicine that works with the energetic body to bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Flower Essences can help ease tough emotions and feelings that might be stuck in the body causing mental or physical discomfort. These feelings may include anxiety, depression, stress, stagnation, fatigue, hopelessness, overwhelm, disconnect, and more. Flower Essences help with healing the root cause of these emotions all while increasing your sense of self-worth, overall well-being, and your connection with your higher self and soul-purpose. You will receive one bottle of an intuitively blended flower essence formula based on your personal needs. Intuitive Eating & Nutritional Counseling You will learn how to listen to your body, and understand what it's "yes" and no" is. I will use other tools, such as muscle testing and pendulum energy reading to determine optimal foods, sensitivities, and digestive ailments. I will recommend different foods and herbal or food-based supplements to not only improve the physical body but also the Spirit. I work with all diets and lifestyles however all my healing food protocols are plant-based. Holistic Herbal Protocol This may be in the form of a tincture, tea, or in capsule form. Once we get to the root of the issue and address lifestyle adjustments and flower essences, this is where we dive into the magic of herbal healing. Your protocol may just be working with one herb or with a formula with 2-5 herbs. If you are highly sensitive or on many medications, you have the option to just work with flower essences. I ask for at least a three month commitment as this type of therapy involves peeling away layers to get to the root cause so that deep healing and true transformation can occur. Recommended frequency is every 3-4 weeks.
